Moving Dirt, Setting the Grade
Before a single pad was ready, our crews spent weeks importing and grading dirt across the site. This quick look back captures that early stretch of the project, long before the roads and rooftops took shape.
From Dirt to Doorsteps

Near completion, the townhomes are nearly finished and the roadways are paved and ready for residents.
Clearing the Way for the Fire Department
Midway through construction, foundations are being poured ahead of framing. At this stage, our team cuts in the fire lanes that give the fire department clear access to navigate the site as construction continues to rise around it.
