Ascent at Canyon Trails
113 townhomes. One clean, build-ready site, handed off on schedule and ready for vertical construction.
Ground Up, In Order
Site Clearing
Cleared vegetation and debris across the site to open a clean slate for grading.
Site Preparation
Laid out and prepped the site to match engineered plans ahead of earthwork.
Cut, Fill & Over-Excavation
Removed unsuitable soil and cut/filled the site to design grade for a stable foundation.
Dirt Import
Brought in and placed engineered fill to bring the site up to design elevation.
Pad Grading
Fine-graded building pads for all 113 townhome units, ready for foundations.
Paving
Stayed on through final paving of every roadway across the community.
Laser & GPS Technology, Built Into Every Pass
Getting 113 pads ready for paving takes more than experience — it takes the right equipment. Here, Javier walks through how our team uses state-of-the-art laser and GPS grade control to fine grade the site to exact tolerances, ensuring every pad is perfectly dialed in before a single layer of asphalt goes down.
From Dirt to Doorsteps

Early in the project, our team imports and moves dirt across the site to bring it up to design grade.

Near completion, the townhomes are nearly finished and the roadways are paved and ready for residents.
Clearing the Way for the Fire Department
Midway through construction, foundations are being poured ahead of framing. At this stage, our team cuts in the fire lanes that give the fire department clear access to navigate the site as construction continues to rise around it.
