How often do I get paid?
We pay weekly, consistently.
When do health, dental, and vision benefits start?
Eligibility for health benefits begins after 90 days of employment. Dental and vision plans are available as part of the benefits package.
How does the 401(k) match work?
You're eligible after 90 days. The company matches 100% up to 4% of wages contributed.
Do you offer paid holidays?
Yes. We observe a set of paid company holidays each year. The list is announced in advance so you can plan.
How often are performance reviews?
A 90-day review, then an annual review, then biannual reviews thereafter to support your growth.
What's the drug & alcohol policy?
We are a 100% drug-free workplace and follow U.S. DOT drug testing guidelines, which include THC/marijuana.
