Room to Grow, Built Right

A growing business needed more building. We handled the ground work from first cut to final pave.

01 / Clearing

Clear & Grub

Removed trees, shrubs and old landscaping from the expansion footprint and work areas.

02 / Demo

Asphalt & Concrete Demo

Saw cut along surveyed lines, then removed old asphalt, curbs and ADA ramps. Asphalt and concrete were hauled to recycling facilities.

03 / Pad

Building Pad

Over-excavated the expansion pad, cleared out abandoned utility lines, and rebuilt it in compacted lifts, each one tested and passed.

04 / Grading

Precision Grading

Laser and GPS machine control for the pad, driveway subgrade, curb lines and sidewalks.

05 / ABC

Base Course

Placed, watered and rolled ABC on the pad and new drive, compacted and graded ready for concrete and asphalt.

06 / Paving

Paving & Patching

Paved the new driveway and patched the lot around the expansion, tied cleanly into the existing asphalt.

Phase 01 / Demo

Saw Cut & Tear Out

Saw cutting the asphalt that stays, breaking out the old lot, and loading it straight into trucks for haul-off.

Phase 02 / Pad

Expansion Pad Dig

Excavating the pad for the new addition, over-excavated and rebuilt in tested lifts.

Phase 03 / ABC

Base Course

Spreading ABC, compacting it with the roller, and cutting it to grade with the motor grader to get it paving-ready.

Phase 04 / Paving

Paving the Lot

Laying new asphalt around the building expansion and tying it into the existing lot.

Built on Tested Ground

The new addition sits on a pad we dug out four feet deep and rebuilt from the bottom up. Every lift was compaction tested before the next went down, then topped with base course to exact grade.
